THE ONLY RUSSIAN UNIVERSITY IN EUROPE OPENED IN BULGARIA
A unique purely Russian specialized high school has been opened in Europe. The educational institution, namely Russian Technological University in Bulgaria is established in Sofia with participation of the National Scientific Research Institute of Intellectual Property.
The university comprises five departments at which primarily specialists in energy sector will be trained. Today business life is getting more and more innovative, so participation of the leading Russian Institute of Intellectual Property in the project is essential — allknow-how, patents, each technology today become an asset. Provided of course that rights are alleged in accordance with the established procedure, and these rights are protected. These are matters of priority of NSRIIP activities.
With its participation a research and technology park will be created on the basis of the First Russian Foreign University, the results of which, including intellectual property, will be implemented in the Russian and world markets. Particular interest in the project? s realization has already been shown by the Russian Association of Manufacturers. The idea has also been supported by heads of concerned federal ministries of the Russian Federation in official letters.
The project will be touched upon at forthcoming parliamentary hearings of two chamber committees of the Russian Parliament, the purpose of which will be to attract attention of private businesses, first of all in energy sector, and the Russian state officials.
NATIONAL SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY BRANCH OPENED IN CENTRAL EUROPE
The Central European branch of the National Scientific Research Institute of Intellectual Property has opened in Sofia, Bulgaria. The branch of the leading research scientific Institute in the field of intellectual property in Russia has already been lodged in the center of the Bulgarian capital, its Director appointed.
Among the priorities set for the NSRIIP Central European branch stand general protection of intellectual rights of Russian and Bulgarian citizens and organizations in the European Union and in Europe; promotion of Russian and Bulgarian technological best practice, inventions andknow-howonto the European market.
For Russia to join the European Union through Bulgaria is of strategic value, and to build up such structural bodies is a new technological support of the future bridge for establishing innovative economy in both countries, as V. N. Lopatin, NSRIIP Director, has noted.

The arbitration court of intellectual property at Corporation NSRIIP - the independent constantly operating Arbitration court, formed by the decision of board of Corporation NSRIIP from 27.08.2012 according to Federal Law "About the arbitration courts in the Russian Federation" for effective and full permission of concrete disputes in the sphere of intellectual property, protection of the rights and legitimate interests of owners in the sphere of copyright and related rights, patent rights, rights to know-how and means of the individualization (trademarks, commercial designations, company names, names of places of an origin of the goods).
The Chairman of the arbitration court of intellectual property - Zenin Ivan Aleksandrovich, manager of the Scientific Research department of legal protection of intellectual property NSRIIP, the deserved professor of the Moscow State University of M.V.Lomonosov, member of the International Association of intellectual property (ATRIP, Geneva), editor-in-chief of the "Intellectual property right" magazine (with HCC signature stamp) doctor of jurisprudence, professor.
The Arbitration court of intellectual property - the first and unique in Russia specialized arbitration court in the sphere of intellectual property. As a part of arbitration judges one of the best scientists, experts and practicians on all subsectors of intellectual property rights.
