On April 23, 2026 within the framework of International Intellectual Property Days, the XVII International Forum "Innovative Development through the Intellectual Property Market" will be held under the aegis of the United Nations. The Forum is held with the support of WIPO (UN), the SCO, the CIS Executive Committee, the EAEU EEC, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Rossotrudnichestvo and invariably gathers delegations from the countries of the "Greater Eurasian Partnership".

On April 24, 2025, within the framework of International Intellectual Property Days, the XVI International Forum "Innovative Development through the Intellectual Property Market" will be held under the aegis of the United Nations. The Forum is co-organized by the CIS Executive Committee, the EAEU EEC, the EAPO EPO, the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Russian Bar Association, the Republican Research Institute of Intellectual Property (RNIIIS), the Kutafin Moscow State Law Institute with the support of the SCO, the Russian Foreign Ministry and Rossotrudnichestvo.

Within the framework of World Intellectual Property Days under aegis of the United Nations on April 21, 2023 XIV International Forum “The Innovation development through the market of intellectual property” will be held in Moscow on the basis of the Kutafin Moscow State Law University. The Forum invariably gathers delegations from all countries of the EAEU and the CIS (in 2022 - from 17 countries).

Within the framework of World Intellectual Property Days under aegis of the United Nations on April 22, 2022 XIII International Forum “The Innovation development through the market of intellectual property” will be held in Moscow on the basis of the Kutafin Moscow State Law University in the combined online-offline format.
The Forum has long become a generally recognized expert event and a platform for professional dialogue between specialists from all CIS countries and the EAEU with the constant expansion of the geography of the Forum, the practical focus of which attracts new participants, including from China, Asia regions, Africa and the Middle East (in 2020 – from 17 countries).

On 30 October 2020 the XII International Forum “Innovative Development through the Intellectual Property Market” was held in Moscow (on the basis of Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL)), which participants represented WIPO, SCO, Executive Committee and Euro-Asian Council for standardization, metrology and certification of the CIS, Eurasian Economic Commission of the EEU, Union State, state authorities, institutions of science and education, business and public organizations, mass media of 17 countries, including all CIS member states and EAEU, India, USA, China and Japan, 35 regions of Russia, including via videoconference on the regional sites (on the basis of the Ural State Economic University, Yekaterinburg, Kazan (Volga region) Federal University, Kazan). The online mode of the Forum’s video broadcast on MSAL’s website allowed an almost unlimited circle of interested participants to take part in its work, both in Russia and abroad.

XI International forum “Innovative development through intellectual property market”

On April 23, 2019, the XI International Forum “Innovative Development through the Intellectual Property Market” held in Moscow as part of the International Days of Intellectual Property under the auspices of the United Nations.
The International Forum is held on an annual basis and invariably gathers delegations from all EEU and CIS countries. Over 3000 representatives from 20 countries of the world took part in the events of the previous Forums. The Forum provides for both in-person participation and participation in the videoconference mode by representatives of educational, scientific organizations, corporations and enterprises, authorities from regions of Russia, the EEU and the CIS countries, as well as online broadcasting on the website of the Forum’s organizers, where drafts of national and interstate standards and development of practical recommendations for WIPO, WTO, SCO, CIS, EEU, Union State, national parliaments and governments of the countries in the Eurasian space.
