XVI anniversary International Forum "Innovative Development through the Intellectual Property Market

On April 24, 2025, within the framework of International Intellectual Property Days, the XVI International Forum "Innovative Development through the Intellectual Property Market" will be held under the aegis of the United Nations. The Forum is co-organized by the CIS Executive Committee, the EAEU EEC, the EAPO EPO, the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Russian Bar Association, the Republican Research Institute of Intellectual Property (RNIIIS), the Kutafin Moscow State Law Institute with the support of the SCO, the Russian Foreign Ministry and Rossotrudnichestvo.
The Forum program provides for the plenary session on the topic "Intellectual Property Market and National Competitiveness in the Digital Economy" there will be Intellectual Property (RNIIIS) "On the state of legal protection, commercialization and protection of intellectual property in the EAEU, CIS and BRICS in 2024" and 15 in-session meetings (5 sessions in Moscow on the basis of the Kutafin Moscow State University, 10 regional sessions in the EAEU and CIS member states on the following key topics:
No. 1 "Intellectual property and technological sovereignty: R&D performance indicators" (on the basis of the Kutafin Moscow State Law University);
No. 2 "Intellectual property market and Eurasian legal protection: practices of the EAPO countries" (on the basis of the Kutafin Moscow State Law University);
No. 3 "Intellectual property as a financial asset (credit, stock, insurance)" (on the basis of the Kutafin Moscow State Law University);
No. 4 "Intellectual property and legal protection from unfair competition and counterfeiting" (on the basis of the Kutafin Moscow State Law University);
No. 5 "Artificial Intelligence and personnel for the intellectual property market" (on the basis of the Kutafin Moscow State Law University);
No. 6 "Innovative infrastructure for the development of the intellectual property economy" (Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic);
No. 7 "The Republican intellectual Property market as a resource of national competitiveness" (Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan);
No. 8 "The role of intellectual property in the development of the innovative economy and digital technologies" (Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan);
No. 9 "Economics of Intellectual Property in the Innovative and Digital Development of the Urals" (on the basis the Ural Federal State University named after the First President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin, Yekaterinburg, Russia);
No. 10 "Regional Intellectual Property Market in the Republic of Tatarstan: problems and prospects" (on the basis of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan, Russian Federation);
No. 11 "Economics of Intellectual Property in the transfer of digital and production Technologies" (on the basis of the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, St. Petersburg, Russia);
No. 12 "Intellectual property management: assessment of qualifications, program design and development of scientific and technological projects " (on the basis of the Southern Federal University, Rostov-on-Don, Russia);
No. 13 "Intellectual property and the development of technological sovereignty: problems and solutions based on the example of the Republic of Crimea" (on the basis of the Vernadsky Crimean Federal University, Simferopol, Russian Federation).
