XIII International forum “Innovative development through intellectual property market”

Within the framework of World Intellectual Property Days under aegis of the United Nations on April 22, 2022 XIII International Forum “The Innovation development through the market of intellectual property” will be held in Moscow on the basis of the Kutafin Moscow State Law University in the combined online-offline format.
The Forum has long become a generally recognized expert event and a platform for professional dialogue between specialists from all CIS countries and the EAEU with the constant expansion of the geography of the Forum, the practical focus of which attracts new participants, including from China, Asia regions, Africa and the Middle East (in 2020 – from 17 countries).
The program of the XIII Forum provides for a plenary session on the topic: «The Eurasian Intellectual Property Market and National Competitivness» there will be a presentation of the annual analytical report «On the state of legal protection, use and protection of intellectual property in the countries of the EEU and the CIS in 2021» and eight sessional meetings to discuss the following topics:
Session № 1. «Eurasian intellectual property market and competitiveness in the digital economy: experience of Russia and China»
Session № 2. «Ratings in the field of intellectual property and indicators of competitiveness in the diversification of production" (at the industry - corporate level)»
Session № 3. «Intellectual property and anti-corruption in public procurement in the R&D field»
Session № 4. «Intellectual property and innovation infrastructure»
Session № 5. «Intellectual property and problems of formation of the financial market in the EAEU by 2025 (credit, insurance, stock)»
Session № 6. «Intellectual property and protection against unfair competition in EAEU»
Session № 7. «Intellectual property and customs protection against counterfeiting in the CIS and the EAEU (at the regional - national - industry level)»
Session № 8. «Artificial intelligence and personnel for the intellectual property market»
