Training of Russian students at the International Industrial Park in Gabrovo

From 7th to 30th of July 2010 the Russian cultural and informational center (RCIC) in Sofia and the Center of intellectual property and innovations supported by the Foundation ”For sustainable development of Bulgaria” organized for Russian students – laureates of all-Russian contest “Young innovator of Russia” the training at the International Technical Park (IIP) in Bulgarian city Gabrovo.

    Russian students were received in Sofia by the governing body of RCIC and they were got acquainted with the work of the Center in different fields of humanitarian cooperation. Particular attention during the meeting was devoted to the tasks faced by the Center of intellectual property and innovations under RCIC. They are - further deepening of international scientific and technical cooperation between our countries. The students also participated in the seminar “Innovative possibilities of Bulgarian science and practices to modernize Russian industry” which took place at RCIC.

    The presentation of IIP was organized for the students as part of their training in Gabrovo. Russian students got acquainted the audience with their competitive works. The special interest of Bulgarian specialists was excited by the applied scientific products of the laureates of all-Russian contest related to the creation of the complex of automated equipment to process materials using nanotechnologies, by the presented project of interference-suppression screen for geological radar installations, by the technologies improving the strength of pilot cutting edges for coordinate turret presses, by the technologies of recycling for refineries, by the technologies of multi-axis milling for complex profiled surfaces.
The meeting of students with the rector of technical University of Gavrovo Dreshka Markova also took place.
 
    A large cultural program was organized for the students: they visited Veliko Tarnovo city and Tryavna town, ethnographical open-air museum “Etyr” and ethnografical museum “Bozhentsi” as well as they climbed Shipka mountain.

    The training was held under the guidance of the Chamber of IIP board of Directors Stafan Deevski.
30th of July at RCIC in Sofia took place the meeting with students where the results of the past training were summed up.
